Thank you for choosing EJ Holidays LLC. By booking a trip, tour, or activity through our website (www.ejholidays.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully to fully understand the conditions that apply to your booking.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made through our website and govern the relationship between you (the “client”) and EJ Holidays LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Pricing

  • Prices listed on our website are quoted per person, unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices do not include gratuities, visa/passport fees, travel insurance, meals, beverages, accommodation, room service, or laundry unless specified.
  • Published rates may change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances such as changes in airline tickets, hotel rates, or transportation costs.

     

2. Methods of Payment

  • We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club.
  • Full payment must be made at the time of booking.
  • By providing your credit card details, you authorize us to charge the full amount of the booking.

     

3. Booking Confirmation

  • Once payment has been processed, you will receive a booking confirmation email from EJ Holidays LLC.
  • A printed copy of this confirmation may be required to redeem your booked service.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that all booking information provided is accurate.

     

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

4.1 Cancellations

  • Each tour, activity, hotel, or service has its own cancellation policy, which will be specified at the time of booking.
  • Combo tours may be cancelled; however, if you cancel one component of a combo, the discounted combo pricing will not apply. Refunds will be calculated based on the standard price of the remaining tour(s).
  • Please check the specific cancellation rules before booking.

4.2 No-Shows

  • Failure to attend a booked tour or service will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
  • No refunds will be provided for no-shows, unused tickets, missed transfers, or unutilized services.

     

5. Cancellation Procedures

  • Cancellations must be submitted to EJ Holidays LLC in writing (via email).
  • We will confirm receipt of your cancellation request by email or phone and inform you of any applicable charges.
  • EJ Holidays LLC is not responsible for cancellations that are not received or confirmed.

     

6. Itinerary Amendments

  • Services and routes are subject to change due to local conditions, weather, airline schedules, or other factors beyond our control.
  • Suitable alternatives of similar value will be provided when possible.
  • EJ Holidays LLC reserves the right to make minor itinerary changes at any time without compensation.
  • No refunds will be issued in cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, political unrest).

     

7. Hotel Accommodation & Check-In/Check-Out

  • If the requested hotel is unavailable, we will arrange a similar alternative in the same category and budget.
  • Hotel check-in and check-out times are determined by the hotel and cannot be guaranteed by EJ Holidays LLC.
  • We are not responsible for early or late check-in/check-out requests that hotels cannot accommodate.

8. Travel Insurance

  • EJ Holidays LLC is not responsible for damages, injuries, illness, accidents, loss of baggage, or trip cancellations.
  • We strongly recommend that clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance prior to travel.

9. Travel Documents

  • Clients are responsible for carrying valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and ID cards.
  • No refunds will be provided in the event of denial of entry or inability to travel due to missing or invalid documents.
  • Guests are responsible for checking entry, visa, and health requirements with their consulates prior to travel.

10. Website Usage Restrictions

  • All website content (logo, images, packages, pricing, information) is the intellectual property of EJ Holidays LLC.
  • You agree not to use the website or its content for commercial, unlawful, or non-personal purposes.

11. Delivery & Service Policy

  • EJ Holidays LLC provides services only (no physical goods).
  • All bookings are confirmed electronically via email immediately upon successful payment.
  • No physical shipping or delivery is required.

12. Refund Policy

  • Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation policy of the specific tour, activity, or service booked.
  • Where applicable, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 10–15 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

13. OFAC Sanctions Compliance

  • EJ Holidays LLC will not deal with or provide services to individuals or companies in OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries, in accordance with UAE law.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
  • Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
